The utilizaton of the Nile waters by all reparian states schoud be based on equity and reason. If they avoid greed and selfishness; if they cooperate and colaborate not only on the use but also on the protection and conservation of the ecosystem of the basin, there will be enough and more water for all of them. Let Sudan and Egypt invest on the aforsation of the Ethiopian highlands and the return will be much more water for thier people.
